We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the MindPower Profile unlock ($1.00 CAD, one-time purchase). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund instructions for your order, or reply to your Paddle order receipt email.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer. If you have any trouble with a refund request, contact us and we will help you resolve it with Paddle.
