Who we are
MPS — MindPower Spark is operated by Akim Diavidson Jean (“we”, “us”), an individual-run digital product business. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Akim Diavidson Jean is the data controller of the personal data described in this notice.
Data we collect
Email address — you provide it to receive your MindPower Profile and to link your result to your session.
Challenge responses and session data — your answers, timing and progress during the experience, used to build your personalized profile.
Usage and device data — anonymous analytics such as device type, language and general interaction events, used to improve the product.
We do not collect your name, payment card details or government identifiers. Payment data is collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Why we use it (purposes and legal basis)
To provide the service you requested — running your session, generating and delivering your profile (performance of a contract).
To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
To understand how the product is used and improve it, through privacy-conscious analytics (legitimate interest / consent where required).
Who we share data with
Paddle (Merchant of Record) — for the sale of the MindPower Profile unlock, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle processes your purchase data under its own privacy terms.
Service providers — hosting, database and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
We keep your session and profile data for as long as needed to provide the service and handle support or refund requests. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the support address shown on the site. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage (for example to remember your language and session) and privacy-conscious product analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear site data at any time through your browser settings.
